She is survived by: her children, Miroslava Krzmarzick (Brian), Alfonso Acosta, Jesus Acosta, Jorge Acosta (Claudia), Maribel Gallego (Carlos) and Yolanda Acosta. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
