Arthur Tony Baldenegro Obituary

Our beloved son, brother, cousin, uncle and friend; Arthur Tony Baldenegro , passed away on October 22, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn his brothers, cousins, sister, nieces, nephews.

Arthur was born and raised in Douglas, Arizona. He joined the military in his youth and towards the end of his working career lived in the Phoenix Metro area.

He retired about three years ago and decided to go back home to Douglas, Arizona. He was a wonderful person, had a heart of gold and helped anyone who needed it. He never had children, but did have a fur side kick; Scruffy, his poodle spaniel mix who was always with him until a couple of months ago. Arthur decided to have Scruffy be taken in by his niece and their family.

Arthur was survived by his brothers; Michael Baldenegro, (Margaret), Ruben Baldenegro (Leticia), Aunt Rose, Uncle Angel Baldenegro, Veronica Novoa (Acuna) Cousin & Best friend) Daniel Novoa/(Cousin) Judithmarie Baldenegro (Niece) JJ Rose, (Nephew) Joshua Baldenegro, (Nephew), His wonderful cousins; Daniel Novoa, Alfred Novoa, Renee Novoa, Mario Novoa, Angelica Novoa, andvRachel Novoa

Arthur was extremely intelligent, like a silent genius.

A burial will be held on Monday, October 25th 2021 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Calvary Cemetery in Douglas (201-299 Dolores Avenue, Douglas, Arizona 85607).
