He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Grover L. Payne and John Hodgman; and his cousin Jeremiah 'J. R.' Chyba. He is survived by: his parents, Rhonda M. Hodgman (Arizona) and John P. Hodgman (California); his grandmothers, Alva J. Payne (S. Dakota), Ruth Ann Prokosch (California) and Rebecca 'Becky J. Tuttle; his brother Brandon J. Kerber (Arizona); and his sister-in-law Krystal J. Thorvund. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and dear friends.
