He was predeceased by: his parents, Antone Costa and Mabel Costa; and his sister Judy Gregory. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Bernadette Moran of Arnold, California, Mark Costa (Edna) of Santa Cruz, California and Cathryn Mitchem (Will) of Surprise, Arizona; and his sister Mildred Giguere of West Warwick. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
The last 10 years of his working life were spent as a Facilities Coordinator at Primavera Foundation in Tucson, AZ.
