He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dorsey Ward and Leah Ward; and his children, Carol Laird (Raymond) of Bryan, TX, Barbara Herrick (Michael) of Cottonwood, Douglas Ward of Cave Creek, AZ and Dwight Ward of Cottonwood. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
