He is survived by: his child Brook RaNae of Mason City, IA; his former wife Teresa Boehnke of Garner, IA; his son Seth Charles (Shelby Webb) of Clear Lake, IA; his wife Sharri Garnette of Cottonwood, AZ; his children, Joshua Smith (Deanna) of Garner, IA, Jacob Smith (Michelle) of Belmond, IA and Krystle Smith (John Holmes) of Orlando, FL; his stepson John Springborg; his grandchildren, Trinity, Tristan, Matthew, McKenna, Jadan, David, Benjamin, Vernon, Adrian, Phoebe and Seneka; and his brother Randy Smith (Candy). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
