He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome R Vize and Madeline Vize (Cantlon); his sister Judy; his nephew A. J.; and his niece Paula.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his siblings, Jeannie, Jackie (Manny), Jim (Barbara), Tim (Lydia), Steve (Sylvia) and David (Gail); his sons, Eric (DiAnne) and Ben (Danielle); his grandchildren, Amanda (Chad), Allison and Mitchell; and his great grandchildren, Michael, Mason, Matthew and Adaleah.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Capital Reserve Fund at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
