She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Frank, Mae Gayeski, Michael and Anna Petruska; her aunts and uncles, Sandra, Richard Sarmonis, Mary Ann and Robert Kosmach; and her cousin Christopher Kosmach.
She is survived by: her parents, Michael Petruska and Diane Gayeski Petruska; her brother Michael (Jenn); her nieces and nephews, Ava of Bethlehem, Ryan of Bethlehem and Max of Bethlehem; her cousins, Karen, Bruce Phair, Mickey and Jane Kmietowicz; and also, Kyra, Mickey, Jarad, Donna, Todd Collins, Jessica, Dina Teetsel, Shaun Sarmonis, Lisa Gentile, Linda Frankovich and Mary Ann Harvey. She is also survived by her loving family and wonderful friends.
