It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jody Makuch (Cottonwood, Arizona), who passed away on September 7, 2020, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Joanna; his children, Ashleigh, Gabrielle, Hudson and Spencer; his parents, Joe Makuch and Wendy Glazier; and his brothers, Frank Glazier and Matt Makuch. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
