He is survived by: his children, Vicky Teeters (Ron), Gary Leithead (Aileen), Roland Leithead (Sharon), Norman Leithead (Cindy) and Jodi Steuber (John); and his sisters, Ruth Thompson and Glenna Masters. He is also survived by his five children, 15 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
