He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward A. Vogler and Eleanora C. Vogler (Pfaff); his daughter Susan Marie Vogler; and his brother James L. Vogler (late Linda). He is survived by: his wife Florence; his children, Mark D. Vogler (Natalie) of Fortville, Patrick A. Vogler (Debbie) of Hudson, Richard J. Vogler (Laura) of Crawfordsville, Indiana, Sharon A. Oswald (Richard) of Fallon and Deborah Vogler of Cottonwood; and his siblings, Robert Vogler (Dottie) of Jasper, Tom Vogler (Mary Beth) of Ireland, Bernie Vogler (Donna Rae) of Jasper, David (Phyllis) of Jasper, Mike Vogler (Linda) of Celestine, Ron Vogler (Cindy) of Jasper, Allen Vogler (Jane) of Jasper, Indiana, Joan (late Marty) of Vincennes, Mary Ann (late Robert) of Mesa and Donna Werner (Rich) of Jasper. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
He was a member of Toastmasters, the National Rifle Association, Heritage Foundation Unbound, and enjoyed antique cars and his Jeep Willy.
