He was predeceased by: his sister Careen. He is survived by: his daughter Cherie Ann; his wife Anne Joeri; his children, Kaitlyn and Tyler of Yakima; his stepchildren, Barron Balwin (Marci) and Brooks; and his sister-in-law Gabrielle Arvig of Los Angeles.
