He was predeceased by: his son Michael; and his parents, Antoinette "Etta" and George Miller. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Pardee; his children, Emily Miller (Renee) and Bo Miller (Jordyn); his stepson Alex Lineberry (Zoey); his grandchildren, Bella, Damian, Oaklynn, Reef, Aurora and Eleanor; and his siblings, Sue Colthurst (Eric) and Steve Miller. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
