He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Rozgay and Mildred Royetta Rozgay (Ed); his wife Arlene Rozgay; his daughters, Dawn Fernandez and Colleen Connolly; and his siblings, Rich Rozgay and Jan Winkelbauer.
