Rutledge (Barbara) of Phoenix, AZ, Shawn D. Rutledge Sr. (Gloria) of Casa Grande, AZ and Marcus D. Rutledge Sr. (Sonya) of Mesa, AZ; and her siblings, Linda Jenkins of Glendale, AZ, Bettie Moore of Coolidge, AZ, Quindia Palmer (Dorothy Palmer), Governor Mitchell (Noel Simpson) and Syble Williams (Tiny Mitchell). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren: and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
