She was predeceased by: her mother Ruthie Mae Wiley; her grandparents, Hattie and Willie Blade; her husband Freddie Armstrong; and her son-in-law Giddens.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Wiley-Giddens of Coolidge, AZ, Mitchell of Laveen, AZ, Tommy Lee Wiley (Arizona), Merlene Wiley of Phoenix, AZ and Irma J. Wiley of Phoenix, AZ.; and her grandchildren, Brian, Stephen, Alicia, Nathan, Tommy, Morgan, Ronnisha, David, Ashley, Jordan and Cenna. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
