She was predeceased by: her parents, Flossie Pate and Joe Pate; her husband Ray Osborn; her son Leo W. Eiden; her stepdaughter Brenda Hall; her sister Frances Williams; and her grandson Benjamin Lyons.

She is survived by: her son Lance Eiden; her stepchildren, Scott Osborn and Raylene Osborn-Salyers; and her sisters, Beverly Fowler and Chris Hall. She is also survived by five grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
