Collins of Coolidge, AZ; his siblings, Nancy Ladd of Independence, MO, Malissa Collins of Colorado and David Collins (Betty) of Sterling, IL; his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Madden of Davenport, IA, Tom Cunningham Sr. of Parkview, IA, Ray Johnston, Diane Lunk (Horst) of Mauston, WI and Christine Strobbe of Middletown, OH.; and his grandchildren, Jack, Sophia, Mac Plaza, Jasen, Sammi, Lizzy, Henry, Max LaBolle, Rhys Collins, Rani, Eli Pavlik, Christopher Williams, Nicky and Lexie Rodriguez.
