He was predeceased by: his father Scotty Allen Green; his brother Jesse Allen Green (Thelma Elon Green); and his grandparents, James Gideon Trout and Josephine Lynette Trout. He is survived by: his son James Kelly Green (Dawn); and his brother Gilbert. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
