He was predeceased by: his son Josiah Michael Gurley. He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Gurley; his stepdaughter Jenna Liska Gallagher (Michael); his stepgrandson Sterling Zachary Liska (Louisa); and his brother Donald Lee Gurley.
