He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Edward Fisher and Trevadon B. Steel Fisher; and his brother Chuck Beals. He is survived by: his children, Ricky Fisher (Jackie) of Phoenix, Judy Owens (Craig) of New Mexico, Sandra Luedecke (Rich) of Montana and Cindy Taylor (Todd) of Indiana; and his sisters, Connie McNally of California and Dianne Fisher of Concho. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
