He was predeceased by: his parents, Filomeno Moreno Ulibarri and Adelaida Garcia; his sons, Rudolf Dean Ulibarri and Filomeno S. Ulibarri; and his siblings, Sophia Marez, Mary Ulibarri and Tobias Ulibarri.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita S Ulibarri; his children, Arthur R. Ulibarri, Philip D. Ulibarri (Barbara) and Beatrice M. Gallegos (Michael); and his brothers, Arcenio Ulibarri, Manuel Ulibarri, Jimmy Ulibarri and Thomas Ulibarri. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren.
