He is survived by: his parents, Norman "Frank" Fletcher (Kay) and Cindy Maura (Matt) of Johnstown, Pennsylvania.; his wife Ann; his children, Kevin Nagle of Ft. Meyers, Virginia, Joshua Delacruz (Stephanie Madison) of Clifton, Tristian Delacruz (Ashley Long) of Clifton and Tessa Delacruz of Virginia; his siblings, John Fletcher (Nikki) of Ridgeway, Pennsylvania and Shannan Shenette (Ray) of Karns City, Pennsylvania; his aunt Jacci; and his uncle Joe Brown. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
