She is survived by: her husband Nicholas Perez; her children, Vivian McCracken (Gary), Daniel Perez (Elaine) and Vicky Garlitz (Bryan); her grandchildren, Chris, Elizabeth, Sarah and Annie; and her great grandchild Oliver.

A prayer was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the A. L. Moore-Grimshaw Mortuaries Bethany Chapel (710 W Bethany Home Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85013). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St Helen Catholic Church (5510 W Cholla St, Glendale, AZ 85304). A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Saint Francis Catholic Cemetery (2033 N 48th St, Phoenix, AZ 85008).
