He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Cruz and Cora Cruz; his great grandchild Lorenzo Cisneros; his sisters, Phyllis Cruz and Rose Mondragon; and his brother-in-law Fernando Flores.
He is survived by: his wife Florence; his children, Angela (Jimmy) and Billy (Cynthia); his grandchildren, Kevin (Issai), Patrick, Jesse (Jessica), Jaine, Matthew and Desiree (Angel); his great grandchildren, Isabella, Ezmia, Marques, Elexis, Sophie, Azzi and Xavier; his siblings, George (Lucy), Art (Virgie), Tony (Priscilla), Pat (Donna), Tom (Melinda), Edna (Albert), Helen (Felimon), Emma (Mike) and Kathy; his brother-in-law Pedro Mondragon; and his grandchildren, Jessie and Angel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
