He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria; his parents, Francisco Perez and Loretta Perez; his children, Grace Ann Perez (Manny) and Frank Perez Jr.; his granddaughter Gloria Norma Bednard; and his great grandchild Kaya Tellez.
He is survived by: his children, Sabina Perez (Jesus), Martin Perez and Lydia Tellez (Tony); and his grandchildren, Anthony Gabriel Tellez, Lucas Florencio Tellez, Emilee Raye Tellez, Isaiah David Gutierrez, Gabriann Ellana Moreno, Elijah Frank Gutierrez and Mina GloryAnn Gastelum.
