He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard and LaVerne; his siblings, Tony, Vicki and Diane; and his nephew Josh.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta; his brother Pat of Hereford, Arizona; and his children, Michael (Joni), Timothy, John and Elizabeth (Aaron). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Mike's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause that held a special place in his heart.
