She was predeceased by: her parents, Morgan Johnson Sr. and Louise Johnson (Jackson); and her husband Fred Fields. She is survived by: her children, Frederick Fields (Carla Lane) of Clarkdale, Mitchell Fields (Betsy Charley) of Clarkdale and Matilda Cassadore (Edward) of Camp Verde; and her siblings, Morgan Johnson Jr. (Irene) of Camp Verde, Marvin Johnson (Annette) of Clarkdale, Lucille Johnson of Clarkdale and Libby Johnson of Clarkdale. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
