He is survived by: his wife Mattie Fields of Clarkdale, Arizona; his children, Frederick Fields, Jr. (Carla Lane) of Clarkdale, AZ, Mitchell J. Fields (Betsy Charley) of Clarkdale, AZ and Matilda Cassadore (Edward) of Camp Verde; his goddaughter Valerie Lowery of Camp Verde; and his siblings, Stephen Noline (Tammy) of Scottsdale, Arizona, Doris Noline of San Carlos, Arizona and Shirley Fields of San Carlos, Arizona. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
