He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Carter and Fawn Carter; his siblings, Eugene, Glenn, Ruth Ann and Bobbie Lou; his children, Jody, Todd, Jill and Shelly; the mother of his children Mary Ann Carter; his son Tony; and his grandson Wyatt. He was also cherished by spouses, 12 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
