She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Esqueda and Herlinda Esqueda (Marmolejo); and her brother Juan Manuel Esqueda. She is survived by: her daughters, Christy Ortiz (Osvaldo) and Leonor Cavazos; her grandchildren, Natalie, Sarah, Carlos and Jesus; and her brothers, Antonio Esqueda (Lydia) and Luis Esqueda (Marilyn). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
