He is survived by: his spouse Shirley; his children, Patrick (Mary), Therese, Mary Beth and Edward; his grandchildren, Jenny, Ryan, Kevin, Caitlin, Karley, Brett, Amanda and Brandon Chase; his great grandchildren, Kailee, Jax, Calleigh, Ashton, Caiden and Eden; and his sister Joanne (Waugh).
