As we bid Thomas farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Thomas is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Burns (Hausman); and his parents, Thomas Burns Sr. and Mildred Burns (McWilliams). He is survived by: his sister Sally Mikkelsen (Erik); and his children, Sondra Wyman (Michael), Danny Roark (Wendy), T. Britt Burns III (Brooke) and Courtney Bradford (Jim). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
