He is survived by: his children, Mark Peckham (Julie), Dan Peckham (Darcee) and Amy Trias (Jess); his grandchildren, Colby Marcum, Alyssa Peckham, Andrew Trias and Hallie Trias; and his sister Mary Ellen Merucci.

Memorial contributions may be made in his name to Hospice of the Valley.
