She was predeceased by: her father Alfred Anderson. She is survived by: her mother Bettye Anderson; her husband Fred Zirkle; her children, Krista Brown (Kenny), Charis Johnson (Craig), Whitney Armantrout (David), Sara Sears (Kellen), Kelsey Holbrook (Rockwell), Tanner Smith (Kortnee), Vivianne Zirkle, Candice Beckwith (Grant), Allexis Owen, Alexandra Khafipour (Hani), Zach Zirkle (Nikki), Isaiah Zirkle (Rachel) and Rebecca Wilson (Ian); and her siblings, Kimball Anderson (Laura), Robyn Trinnaman (Gary), Kristy Taylor, Matthew Anderson and Jared Anderson. She is also survived by children.
When COVID-19 swept across the world and she saw schools closing, she created a preschool and kindergarten that became a refuge for her grandkids and their parents alike.
