She was predeceased by: her half-sister Jill Fleming of Valentine; her uncles, Wes Willingham of Pierre and Lee Willingham of Aberdeen; and her grandparents, Vernyce Willingham, Ewart G. Willingham of Pierre, Timothy and Doris Scherlie of Pierre.
She is survived by: her mother Kathryn of Mary's Hospital; her stepfather John Fuller of Chandler; her brother Shane R. Scherlie of North Liberty; her father Darrell R. Scherlie of Iowa City; her half-brother Adam Yeager of Vermillion; her aunts and uncles, Joe, Tamra Willingham of Pierre, Debbie, Bill Hubbard of Albuquerque and BetteJo Willingham of Pierre; and her cousins, Jerri and Scott Williams of Pierre.
Her wish is that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the American Cancer Society so that others might be helped.
