He was predeceased by: his parents, Thayamma and Vullangaiah. He is survived by: his wife Madeleine Ramaiah; and his daughters, Lila and Shantala. He is also survived by two grandsons sons.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Tempe Mortuary (405 E Southern Ave, Tempe, AZ 85282). A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Valley of the Sun Cemetery (10940 E Chandler Heights Rd, Chandler, AZ 85248).
