He is survived by: his wife Jeanetta Hazlet Stout; his children, Meagan (John Bryant), Randy (Mary), Jeff (Debbie), Kirby (Stacey) and Kelly (Michelle); his grandchildren, Tiffany, Billy Stout, Arianne (Cody Scott), Drew (Madeline Stout), Ashlynn Stout, Jacob Stout, Amy (Chris Stewart), Amber (Matt Innerarity), Trevor, Hallye Turner, Kylie Moran, Shane, Elizabeth, Calleigh Stewart, Eli, Annalynn Scott, Hadley, Kate, Scarlett Stout and Kingston Woods; his sisters-in-law, Shirley Stout and Betty Stout Schindler; and his parents-in-law, Jim, Monte Hazlet and Maryann Hazlet Healy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
