He is survived by: his wife Maggie; his stepchildren, Terri Michell (Steve), Mike Dennis, Jeff Dennis (Heather), Lisa Woltkamp (John), Renee Guitteau (Greg), Gina Kneisley (Tony) and Greg Leifer (Donna); his grandchildren, Courtney (Stephen), Megan (Jake), Matthew, Mitchell, Jacob, Jett, Ashlee, Derek and Toby; and his great grandchildren, Zoe and Avery.
