He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Ecabert and Rita Ecabert; his brothers, Rick and Tim; and his sister-in-law Molly.

He is survived by: his siblings, Tom, Bill and Jeanne; and his sisters-in-law, Gayle and Theresa. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
