He is survived by: his children, Robin Blevins Cummins (Don) and John David Blevins (Nancy); his grandchildren, Alison Barnhart (Ryan), Erin Kahne (Patrick), Matthew Blevins and Laura Cummins; and his great grandchildren, Claire Barnhart and Aiden Kahne.
