She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Doughan and Hazel Doughan (Puffer); her husband Andrew B. Bolen; and her siblings, John Doughan, Mary Ellen Blue, Teresa Wilson, Lorraine Fouts and Sister Monica Nagler.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Bolen of Odell and MaryJean White of Chandler, AZ; and her grandson Bryan Zimmerman of Bloomington.
Family suggests memorials be made to the VA Hospital of their choice.
