With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard F. Avery (Chandler, Arizona), who passed away on March 17, 2019 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Richard F. Jr. Avery (Sally), Mary Ellen Armstrong (Perry) and John Craig Avery (Aimee); his grandchildren, Jace, Katie, Trey, Marty, Libby, Allison and Brooklyn; and his great grandchildren, Charli and Dalton.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Fisher House Foundation or the Gary Sinise Foundation.
