She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis D. "Fritz" Van Duyse and Dorothy Marie Van Duyse (Walden). She is survived by: her husband Lap-Pun Thomas Lam; her daughters, Amy and Julie Lam; her siblings, Susan Heimbecher (Eugene), Sarah Van Duyse and Frank Van Duyse (Veronica); and her nephews, Michael Van Duyse (Kayla), Matthew Van Duyse and Eric Van Duyse. She is also survived by other relatives; and friends.
