“I worked with Michael at the News Tribune in the late 80s. He and I spent many hours laughing at work. Michael was a BRILLIANT man who I could listen to for hours. He was a wealth of information and insight into the world and religion. Michael had an extraordinary gift for for finding humor in the every day world. I was sad to read that he had passed away. I am sure if he was as I remembered him, then Heaven has acquired another brilliant character upon which to place angel wings”
