It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Jaskowiak of Chandler, Arizona, born in East Chicago, Indiana, who passed away on May 20, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Winston Jaskowiak and Helen Crider Jaskowiak. He is survived by: his wife Shannon Kathleen Viola; and his children, Brandon, Taylre, Marshall, Riley, Michaela, Cooper and Bryson.
