Olexa (Patrick) of Chandler, AZ.; her grandchildren, Joseph Petrocelli (Megan) of Gainesville, VA, Angela Petrocelli (Eric Leopper) of Prescott Valley, AZ, Ryan Reitsma (Emily) of Shelby Township, MI and Steven Reitsma (Sarah) of Farmington, CT.; her great grandchildren, Madison, Brighton, Avery Petrocelli, Ellie, Teddy and Bennett Reitsma; her son Mark Reitsma; her siblings, Ann MacMaster, Doris Krech and Frank V Jr.; her parents, Frank V Jerlinski and Jane Jerlinski; her former husbands, Edward Reitsma and Ted Jakubowski; her daughter Ice Skater; and also Bonnie Reitsma of S. Windsor, CT.
