Slavinsky (Sarah Slavinsky) of Chandler, Arizona.; and her grandchildren, Noah (Austin Loveless), Nicholas (Nathan Wetherell), Emily (Ryan Slavinsky), Elizabeth, Kathryn and Eleanore (Tustin Slavinsky). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
