He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Cota and Francisco Cota (Duran); his wife Rita Cota (Borboa); and his brother Franciso Duran Cota. He is survived by: his children, Marco Cota Jr., Denise Robles and Deanna Cota; and his siblings, Reynaldo Cota, Gracie Cota Hernandez and Alma Cota. He is also survived by several Grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
