Marceil Peterson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 26, 2019, Marceil Peterson (Chandler, Arizona) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd George Kelley and Fern Dial Kelley; her siblings, Marilyn Kelley Fielding, Fern, Faun Kelley, Neil and Gerald; her daughter Lori Peterson Hurst; and her granddaughter Rachael Hurst.

She is survived by: her husband Henry Val Peterson; her children, Kelli Hooker (Jerry), Jodi Sandberg (Brad), Jill Alvord (Mark), Jeff Peterson (Penny) and Marci Peterson (Patti Palagi); her brothers, Norman, Karl and Kendall; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Hooker, Jordan Hooker, Darin Sandberg, Jessica Hurst, Ryan Hurst, Derek Alvord, Trevor Alvord, Zachary Alvord, Jake Peterson, Jensen Peterson, Trey Peterson and Scott Peterson; and her great grandchild Oswin Hooker. She is also survived by children and grandchildren.

In 2012, Marceil was diagnosed with a slow but progressive form of Alzheimer's disease.
